About the role
- Engage international nursing candidates daily from incoming leads, database mining, referrals, and sourcing team transfers.
- Build and manage a deep pipeline of qualified international nurses from countries with current visa priority.
- Conduct screening calls, review resumes for required hospital/nursing home experience, confirm NCLEX status, and verify visa eligibility and documentation readiness.
- Present and explain contract terms clearly.
- Maintain thorough, accurate candidate records in internal systems (BS) including descriptors, notes, visa status, and personal touchpoints to enhance rapport.
- Ensure candidates meet client specifications and submit polished resumes.
- Rapidly match qualified candidates to incoming client needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 signed international RN Contracts per week
