Sales Development Rep

• You will help create new pipeline and strengthen existing momentum across our go-to-market efforts.
• This is an active pipeline creation role, not one that relies solely on inbound or marketing-generated leads.
• Identify and engage financial advisors and enterprise prospects that match our Ideal Customer Profile.
• Lead thoughtful outbound outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Respond quickly to inbound interest and convert it into qualified meetings, while maintaining a strong focus on outbound prospecting.
• Build rapport quickly with decision makers and industry professionals.
• Qualify opportunities clearly and consistently.
• Partner closely with Account Executives to support opportunity progression.
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity in HubSpot.
• Test messaging approaches and contribute ideas that improve how we prospect.
• Support a collaborative team environment focused on shared outcomes.
• This is a production role. You will be measured on meetings created, pipeline influenced, and contribution to revenue growth.
