Business Development Rep

• Execute regional go-to-market plans with the Chief Revenue Officer and keep stakeholders informed of sales activity and progress
• Coordinate and manage regional Business Development teams across UK/NA, Southern Europe/LATAM, and ANZ
• Own monthly internal and external sales reporting, pipeline hygiene, and forecasting accuracy in HubSpot
• Design, maintain, and deliver service and support for channel partners
• Evolve partnership frameworks and playbooks
• Lead and coach the Sales team in managing channel-partner pipeline and qualifying opportunities
• Keep stakeholders, sponsors, and customers updated on developments, opportunities, and industry updates
• Surface customer priorities into product prioritisation and close the feedback loop
• Help customers find solutions aligned with product capability and direction
• Monitor contractual requirements and proactively flag changes or risks
• Support contract structuring and risk review with commercial/legal teams
• Support the CRO and Head of Marketing on sales and marketing strategy
• Contribute to go-to-market measurement and delivery against targets
• Build sustainable recurring revenue streams and robust client relationships
• Own key client accounts and maintain account plans for channel partners and customers
• Lead contract negotiations and research market trends for new opportunities
• Contribute to new business tenders with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Design, and Finance
• Assess team performance and ensure consistent CRM data collection and monitoring
