• Build and maintain strong client partnerships and serve as trusted advisor
• Drive client satisfaction, retention, and NPS improvement
• Provide consultative guidance on workforce optimization, forecasting, and scheduling
• Lead implementation of new client programs including intake and recruitment strategy
• Identify and capture staffing orders and manage workforce extensions
• Use Booker system for workforce tracking and manage gross margin targets
• Partner with fulfillment teams and maintain Supplier Scorecards
• Oversee billing processes and facilitate collections meetings
• Track account progress and support client integrations
