• Commercial planning: develop and lead the monthly plan and promotional calendar, aligning seasonality with business opportunities.
• Assortment and storefront: organize the portfolio and store presentation to improve conversion (storefront, photos/videos, title and description SEO optimization).
• Pricing & promotions: propose pricing, coupons and bundles; test and adjust based on performance.
• Campaigns: coordinate always-on activations and peak events (e.g., Black Friday, 11.11), integrating Content, Media and Supply.
• Affiliates/creators: support recruiting, enablement and performance monitoring of partners.
• Co-creation of the calendar: build promotions and the calendar together with Content and Affiliates (peaks, seasonality, lives), ensuring aligned narrative and offers.
• Kits & opportunities: create new kits (cross-sell, progressive/tiered, launch) and themed storefronts according to platform trends.
• Continuous alignment: maintain regular check-ins with the client and internal teams; document decisions, unblock issues and ensure execution.
• Operational: support sample shipments, materials and simple briefings; oversee listings, compliance, reviews and the checkout experience.
