About the role
- Provides analytical support to assigned business units by applying business and information technology solutions
- Functions as a specialist in systems analysis, application development, or application support
- Troubbleshoots and resolves complex application software problems and issues
Requirements
- At least three (3) years of experience developing and supporting information or business technology systems related to the business unit being supported
- Knowledge Of Principles and concepts of data management
- Experience working with IT system applications, including mainframe environments
- Familiarity with analytical methods and research techniques
- Skills to write functional design specifications and policy reports
- Ability to conduct feasibility studies and provide effective consultation
