About the role
- Provide technical support and analysis in a broad range of information technology areas including the planning, design, development, installation, operation, and enhancement of the SMUD’s enterprise applications
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise applications by utilizing development support tools
- Document business processes and transaction steps
- Address integration and interface issues between enterprise applications and non-enterprise applications
- Conduct testing and debugging utilizing enterprise application debugging tools
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One or more (1+) years experience as a technical analyst in the area of day-to-day design, development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise applications
- Knowledge of methods and techniques for planning, organizing, and controlling work activities
- Familiarity with enterprise application system performance
- Understanding of systems analysis, design, development, and management principles
- Skills in compiling and preparing technical, statistical, and/or analytical reports
- Experience with SAP and BTP technologies is desirable
