About the role
- Provides technical support and analysis in a broad range of information technology areas
- Plans, analyzes, designs, develops, implements, and maintains enterprise applications
- Participates in workflow process design, development, testing, administration and maintenance
- Troubleshoots user and technical obstacles and system problems
- Develops, establishes and conducts classroom and on-the-job training on the use of programs and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three or more (3+) years of progressively responsible relevant work experience as a technical analyst in the area of day-to-day design, development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of industry trends related to business and information technology
- Skills to configure enterprise software and/or provide programming/development support
- Design, develop, enhance and support SAP solutions
- SAP Certifications in BTP, ABAP, Fiori etc. is desirable
