About the role

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and handover to the delivery team;
  • Conduct consultative sales, deeply understanding client needs and connecting business challenges to SMT solutions;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner;
  • Prepare commercial proposals and presentations aligned with client needs and company strategy;
  • Monitor pipeline, forecasts, and commercial performance metrics;
  • Keep CRM records up to date, ensuring predictability and data quality;
  • Represent SMT in meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients and prospects.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in B2B sales within technology, SaaS, or consultative services;
  • Consultative profile with strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Results-oriented with autonomy to manage your pipeline;
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with clients;
  • Fluent English.
