Support Engineer

• Provide game day support for games and events with the NBA and its affiliated leagues
• Ensure SMT/NBA resources are functional pregame
• Monitor multiple systems and applications during live events
• Troubleshoot multiple systems and connections in the event of irregular or total loss of functionality
• Work nights, weekends and holidays throughout NBA season, including preseason and summer league
• Report on-site to the NBA Headquarters in Secaucus, NJ
