About the role

  • Represent the best interests of youth at court hearings, school meetings, and child/family team meetings.
  • Provide weekly direct casework services, building relationships with the youth on your caseload.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans and conduct intake studies to ensure every child receives the right level of care.
  • Arrange monthly family visits, monitor educational progress and school attendance, and coordinate medical and therapeutic services.
  • Maintain precise, up-to-date case records and prepare monthly progress reports for families and referring agencies.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences (Social Work, Psychology, Sociology) or Education is required.
  • Ability to collaborate with a dedicated team of advocates and accept professional supervision.
  • Must pass an extensive background check and drug screen.
  • Ability to handle the physical requirements of the role (standing, climbing stairs, lifting up to 40 lbs) and the emotional weight of child welfare.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Sponsorship not available).
