About the role

  • Contributing to the selection and implementation of future marketing technologies by helping to define use cases and necessary integrations (particularly with Salesforce)
  • Implementing and maintain processes and usage of martech stack
  • Becoming an expert in all aspects of the MAP and ensuring the marketing org is using it to maximum advantage
  • Continuing to build and maintain the logic that ensures leads, contacts and accounts are getting to the right sales reps at the right time
  • Bringing in new systems to ensure complete datasets to help route leads and companies to the correct campaigns
  • Owning the end-to-end process for lead ingestion, specifically managing the cleaning and uploading of high-volume lead lists from industry events and webinars
  • Supporting the marketing team in running campaigns and automation programs
  • Measuring and reporting on impact, identifying areas for improvement
  • Being a strategic partner to all stakeholders including peers across the sales and marketing
  • Consistently improving SmithRx's processes and playbooks

Requirements

  • B2B Tech marketing experience with 3-5 years of admin experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and other software tools
  • Adaptability to succeed in a fast-moving, fluid environment as one of the first marketing team members at SmithRx
  • Strong analytical skills, able to draw insights and intelligence from marketing data.
  • Ability to understand, assess, and implement lead nurturing, segmentation, personalisation, and other lead/customer management practices.
  • A good understanding of database structure, data hygiene, analytics, and attribution.

  • Excellent project management and documentation skills
