Oversee the Enterprise RFI and RFP process, serving as central point of contact for coordinating and combining proposal drafts from all contributors
Heavily customize proposals to illustrate the company’s value proposition while illustrating an understanding of each client’s unique needs
Communicate clearly to Sales when RFP materials are ready for submission and provide links to all submission materials
Collaborate with the Strategy, Revenue, and Sales teams to gather track down responses to RFP questions that aren’t readily available
Review, edit, and customize proposal drafts and executive summaries to produce a final product with a consistent voice
Ensure new responses are sent to the Content Database for future usage
Cross-train and contribute to other areas of SmithRx in the RFP off-season (typically October – December) such as implementation, contracting, or other areas as needed
Requirements
5+ years of RFI/RFP experience
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
Experience in PBM, software, employee benefits, healthcare industries is a plus
Experience utilizing RFP management tools such as Ringmaster, Proposal Tech, TrueBid
Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
Clear and concise writing skills
Experience with Excel, Salesforce and Adobe
Ability to multitask across several work streams, and to work independently to manage tasks and projects to meet firm deadlines
Ability to collaborate constructively and positively with teammates and partners, even under the stress of a fast-paced business environment
