- Lead the expansion of product line distribution by managing and mentoring broker partners
- Cultivate and grow customer relationships by meeting directly with key decision makers
- Execute Smithfield’s strategic sales plans to promote product lines
- Maintain coordination with integral company functions to ensure sales objectives are met

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience in team management, development, or project leadership
- Strong understanding of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
