About the role

  • Lead interactive group workshops and requirements sessions to identify strategic drivers and develop required use cases, functional and technical requirements.
  • Provide SAP Commerce (Hybris) business solution domain expertise including the functional use of hybris, its various administrative cockpits and the b2b and b2c accelerators.
  • Develop functional requirements documentation in the form of user stories, process flows, and user acceptance criteria.
  • Act as a bridge between the client, technical, strategy and creative teams; facilitating internal, technical and client design reviews; and ensuring that delivered application remains true to the creative design, strategic direction and defined business outcomes.
  • Lead the maintenance of the project team collaboration space (Confluence) and issue/task management system (Jira).

Requirements

  • Bachelors in Business, Computer Science or related fields
  • 5+ years experience as a Business / Functional Analyst or similar role creating functional business requirements
  • Experience in SAP Commerce (Hybris)
  • Experience in JIRA and Confluence in an Agile environment
