About the role
- Lead the Advanced Wound Management business across the Nordic countries, taking full ownership of sales performance, profitability and long term growth
- Work closely with country leaders, international colleagues and key customers to set the commercial direction for the region
- Guide and inspire a cross country sales leadership team, developing robust commercial plans, and ensuring strong execution across major accounts, tenders and go to market initiatives
- Contribute to shaping broader regional strategy while ensuring operational excellence, ethical leadership and a strong performance culture throughout the Nordics
Requirements
- Extensive senior sales leadership experience within medical devices, ideally within wound management or a closely related therapy area
- A proven track record of delivering sales growth, managing P&L and leading through others across complex, multi country environments
- Strong strategic capability, with the ability to translate market insight into clear, executable commercial plans
