About the role

  • Lead the Advanced Wound Management business across the Nordic countries, taking full ownership of sales performance, profitability and long term growth
  • Work closely with country leaders, international colleagues and key customers to set the commercial direction for the region
  • Guide and inspire a cross country sales leadership team, developing robust commercial plans, and ensuring strong execution across major accounts, tenders and go to market initiatives
  • Contribute to shaping broader regional strategy while ensuring operational excellence, ethical leadership and a strong performance culture throughout the Nordics

Requirements

  • Extensive senior sales leadership experience within medical devices, ideally within wound management or a closely related therapy area
  • A proven track record of delivering sales growth, managing P&L and leading through others across complex, multi country environments
  • Strong strategic capability, with the ability to translate market insight into clear, executable commercial plans
