About the role

  • Lead the regional capital asset strategy, aligning operations with global frameworks while driving performance and compliance.
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of owned and rental capital devices from acquisition through deployment, maintenance, return and disposition.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, utilisation optimisation and end to end traceability of devices across distribution centres, customer sites and service partners.
  • Oversee asset flows for DMEs including SunMED and Infusystem and PPM to ensure ongoing availability for customers.
  • Monitor and resolve noncompliant or lost device cases including reconciliation, SAP disassembly and write off activities.
  • Serve as regional SAP expert for asset and inventory processes ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Build dashboards, analyse asset trends and uncover optimisation opportunities using advanced Excel tools.
  • Partner with global data and systems teams to support automation and process enhancement efforts.
  • Act as a key cross functional partner to Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Supply Chain teams.
  • Support audit readiness and ensure asset compliance with internal controls, regulatory standards and audit expectations.
  • Lead or support regional project initiatives that enhance governance, efficiency and asset stewardship.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
  • Seven or more years of progressive experience in asset management, logistics or capital equipment operations in MedTech or healthcare technology.
  • Proven experience building and optimising asset management processes in a regulated environment.
  • Expert level SAP proficiency across asset, maintenance or inventory modules.
  • Advanced Excel capability including Power Query, Pivot Tables and data modelling.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder partnership skills across commercial, financial and supply chain functions.
  • Ability to operate autonomously while aligning to global standards and governance.
  • Experience with device rental or consignment operations, UDI or FDA traceability and BI tools is beneficial.
