Content Creator

• Collaborate with Marketing colleagues and subject-matter experts to concept, plan, shoot, and edit attention-grabbing video and photo content to promote Smith’s business initiatives and goals
• Design and develop photo, video, animated , and graphic materials in accordance with Smith’s style guidelines
• Provide multimedia support on various projects and initiatives, including corporate events, trade shows, internal communications, webpages, social media, signage, and marketing materials
• Conduct employee and executive interviews and photo shoots, ensuring subjects appear natural, approachable, and professional
• Edit and retouch photo and video assets to ensure messaging and visuals promote brand consistency
• Manage and maintain photography and videography gear, lighting setups, and audio equipment
• Tag, organize, and archive photo and video assets in Smith’s internal databases
• Arrange print orders for various marketing collateral, including business cards, posters, and banners
• Other duties as assigned

• Create and execute achievable roadmaps for business expansion and client diversification.
• Initiate outreach to new revenue sources and introduce service to increase revenue.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and gather intelligence to shape effective sales strategies.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders for business development.
• Support ad hoc projects and related tasks as needed.
