About the role

  • Organizing and scaling Smile Train’s Education & Training function across LATAM
  • Building and overseeing the education operating model
  • Designing scalable education systems and curricula
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to assess training needs
  • Monitoring and evaluating education programs for impact

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, Public Health, or related field
  • Master’s degree in Education or related discipline preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in education & training
  • Proven track record in instructional design and curriculum development
  • Fluency in English, Portuguese and/or Spanish.
  • Experience in healthcare or global health environments
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
