• Lead the development and execution of innovative, insight-led event and ATL campaigns that drive commercial growth and strengthen VMG’s partnership with The Very Group.
• Ensure all campaign activity reflects creative excellence, commercial effectiveness, and alignment with VMG’s wider brand and business objectives.
• Evaluate performance post-campaign, using insights to inform continuous improvement and shape future strategy.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across VMG, The Very Group, and supplier brands.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration and alignment to deliver seamless, impactful campaigns.
• Champion a proactive and solution-focused approach to partnership management, ensuring VMG is recognised as a trusted and strategic collaborator.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they become challenges, ensuring seamless collaboration and integration across teams during major events.
• Drive innovation across all ATL and event activity, challenging conventional approaches to deliver fresh, engaging, and results-driven campaigns.
• Leverage data, insights, and market trends to inform creative strategy, media planning, and execution.
• Lead by example to create a high-performing, collaborative team culture built on trust, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Coach and develop team members, providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for growth.
