Ensure all campaign activity reflects creative excellence, commercial effectiveness, and alignment with VMG’s wider brand and business objectives.
Evaluate performance post-campaign, using insights to inform continuous improvement and shape future strategy.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across VMG, The Very Group, and supplier brands.
Promote cross-functional collaboration and alignment to deliver seamless, impactful campaigns.
Champion a proactive and solution-focused approach to partnership management, ensuring VMG is recognised as a trusted and strategic collaborator.
Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they become challenges, ensuring seamless collaboration and integration across teams during major events.
Drive innovation across all ATL and event activity, challenging conventional approaches to deliver fresh, engaging, and results-driven campaigns.
Leverage data, insights, and market trends to inform creative strategy, media planning, and execution.
Lead by example to create a high-performing, collaborative team culture built on trust, accountability, and continuous learning.

Requirements
Proven experience in marketing or retail media, ideally within an agency or retail environment
Strong campaign management skills with a track record of delivering high-performing brand activations
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and clients simultaneously
Confidence in data interpretation and financial reporting, with strong Excel proficiency
Ability to drive innovation and creativity in both media planning and execution
Experience mentoring or managing team members, fostering accountability and growth
Strong communicator and relationship builder with cross-functional collaboration skills
Highly organised and proactive with a solutions-focused approach
Positive, resilient attitude with a drive to deliver excellence and inspire others
