• Sell attractive, high-volume deals and manage the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting and network leverage to closing the deal.
• Proactively identify and onboard new partners, including large outlet chains and wholesalers, to broaden our market footprint.
• Negotiate complex contracts and manage accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and recurring business.
• Visit clients regularly across the DACH region to represent smatch in high-stakes meetings and negotiations.
• Use CRM tools (Pipedrive) and Excel/Google Sheets to track your pipeline, manage performance, and provide accurate forecasts.
