About the role
- Support our Team with Daily Operations, Marketing, Photoshoots and other Strategic Duties as assigned
- Assist in Social Media Content and management
- Assist in Sales and Product Drop planning
- Photoshoot coordination and strategic management
- Partner Contract management
- Influencer gifting
- Marketing Calendar management
- Digital Media and Ad Buying support
- Additional duties as assigned
- Assist CEO with speaking engagements, travel booking, and special projects
- Coverage for the Customer + Wholesale Experience Specialist as needed
- Strategic sales including and not limited to pop ups, sales, events
Requirements
- 5+ years experience
- Strong PC skills - proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Shipstation and Shopify an asset
- Experience with Meta Ads and Google an asset
- Positive attitude and optimistic mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a timely manner
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Located within driving distance of our headquarters in Richmond, BC, with access to reliable transportation
- Experience in fashion/apparel industry an asset
- Flexibility, patience, and problem-solving oriented
