About the role
- Develop and execute a go‑to‑market strategy for ServiceNow IRM and Tanium solutions within the financial services sector in Austria and Switzerland
- Work closely with ServiceNow and Tanium sales and partner management teams on leads and opportunities
- Identify and pre‑qualify leads and opportunities, manage the full sales cycle and close deals of EUR 500,000 and above
- Run discovery workshops to capture customer needs and preferences in the areas of risk, compliance and cybersecurity
- Build strong relationships with C‑level executives, risk managers and CISOs
- Monitor current regulatory trends (e.g., DORA, NIS2, GDPR) affecting the financial services sector
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in enterprise solution sales, ideally in GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance), cybersecurity or IT operations
- Proven track record selling to financial services firms in Austria and/or Switzerland
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate the business value and ROI of integrated risk and compliance solutions
