About the role

  • Develop and execute a go‑to‑market strategy for ServiceNow IRM and Tanium solutions within the financial services sector in Austria and Switzerland
  • Work closely with ServiceNow and Tanium sales and partner management teams on leads and opportunities
  • Identify and pre‑qualify leads and opportunities, manage the full sales cycle and close deals of EUR 500,000 and above
  • Run discovery workshops to capture customer needs and preferences in the areas of risk, compliance and cybersecurity
  • Build strong relationships with C‑level executives, risk managers and CISOs
  • Monitor current regulatory trends (e.g., DORA, NIS2, GDPR) affecting the financial services sector

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in enterprise solution sales, ideally in GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance), cybersecurity or IT operations
  • Proven track record selling to financial services firms in Austria and/or Switzerland
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
  • Ability to communicate the business value and ROI of integrated risk and compliance solutions
