About the role
- Design, configuration and customization of the ServiceNow modules Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Legal Service Delivery, Contract Management Pro, Source-to-Pay Operations, and App Engine
- Development and hypercare of workflows, business rules, UI guidelines, and integrations related to the respective customer processes
- Work in a client-facing role with customer teams in Legal, Compliance, Procurement, Finance, and IT to optimize cross-departmental processes
- Create and optimize dashboards, reports, and notifications
- Apply best practices in ServiceNow configuration and development, in documenting and reviewing ServiceNow configurations, and in developing, documenting, and testing ServiceNow solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Consultant (minimum: 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience)
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow (workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, data imports)
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems (APIs, web services, data feeds) is desirable
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) required; additional certifications are a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Understanding of agile project management methodologies
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, independent work style are essential
- Fluent German and English required (both languages at least B2 level).
