About the role
- Drive revenue growth from clients in the Financial Services sector in Austria and Switzerland.
- Achieve the sales targets by selling advisory, implementation and application management services related to ServiceNow’s Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Tanium’s Autonomous IT Platform.
- Lead discovery workshops to understand client challenges in risk, compliance, and cybersecurity.
- Build strong relationships with C-level executives, risk officers, and IT security leaders.
- Stay current on regulatory trends (e.g., DORA, NIS2, GDPR, etc.) impacting Financial Services.
Requirements
- 5+ years in enterprise solution sales, ideally in GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance), cybersecurity, or IT operations.
- Proven track record selling into Financial Services organizations in Austria and/or Switzerland.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow’s platform capabilities, especially related to GRC workflows.
- Understanding of Tanium’s endpoint management and compliance capabilities is a plus.
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to articulate business value and ROI for integrated risk and compliance solutions.
- Preferred Experience with AI-driven automation in risk management and compliance processes.
