Business Development Rep

• Own and execute outbound prospecting across email, phone, LinkedIn, and emerging channels to generate qualified pipeline
• Conduct high-volume, high-quality outreach — you're confident on the phone and don't treat the first 'no' as the final answer
• Research and identify target accounts and contacts that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
• Advance qualified leads to Account Managers, owning the hand-off and direct connection to the prospect
• Track all activity, notes, and pipeline in our CRM — you keep your data clean and up to date
• Design, test, and optimize outbound sequences and messaging — you'll develop what works and kill what doesn't
• Identify patterns in what resonates with prospects and feed insights back to marketing and product
• Monitor and report on KPIs, cadence structures, and reporting rhythms that will help continue to optimize the BDR function
