Customer Success Associate – Remote Eligible

Product Marketing

• Design, implement, and continuously optimise the key process indicator model for revenue generation.
• Lead analysis across the full revenue funnel: demand generation, pipeline, bookings, expansion, retention, and churn

• Own Smartsheet’s customer adoption strategy, defining structured maturity models and frameworks that guide customers through onboarding, adoption, value realization, and renewal milestones
