About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and drive the execution roadmap for the Audit & History product area, including platform-level audit logging, sheet and data-level history, restoration workflows, and emerging unified access and observability experiences
  • Serve as the product owner across multiple, technically interdependent engineering teams, making clear scoping and sequencing decisions on features that often carry infrastructure and architectural implications
  • Lead customer and user discovery with enterprise personas—SysAdmins, compliance officers, security and IT leaders, and PMO owners—to surface signal, validate assumptions, and pressure-test designs before they ship
  • Author crisp product briefs, requirements docs, and feature specs that design and engineering can execute on without ambiguity, from early discovery through to GA and post-launch iteration
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across UX research, design, GTM, Customer Success, and data and analytics teams to move features from concept to GA and adoption
  • Represent the Audit & History product area in leadership reviews, WBRs, and customer-facing conversations, including enterprise account escalations and executive briefings
  • Partner with engineering on-call and support teams to triage and prioritise customer-impacting production issues in the Audit & History space
  • Define success metrics for every feature you ship and partner with data and analytics teams to ensure proper instrumentation, dashboards, and reporting from day one
  • Contribute to pricing and packaging decisions for new and existing Audit & History capabilities, working alongside pricing, sales, and GTM to position offerings effectively
  • Collaborate effectively with engineering and design team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaborative product delivery
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of product management experience, including delivering impactful enterprise SaaS or B2B software solutions
  • Experience owning audit, compliance, observability, governance, or data management product areas is a strong plus
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguous, technically complex platform problem spaces and make clear scoping decisions across multiple engineering teams
  • Strong customer instincts—you know how to run discovery, find signal in noisy feedback, and translate it into well-scoped product decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to author clear product briefs, requirements docs, and feature specs that engineering and design can act on without ambiguity
  • Comfort working across multiple engineering teams and time zones, including stakeholders in North America
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to represent the product area in leadership reviews and directly with enterprise customers
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on adoption, reliability, and trust metrics to guide prioritisation and measure outcomes
  • Experience working alongside AI/ML product areas, or shipping audit and observability features for AI-driven systems, is a plus
  • Legally eligible to work in India on an ongoing basis
  • Fluency in English is required.
