About the role
- Define and drive the vision, strategy and roadmap for Smartsheet's security product suite
- Serve as the expert on enterprise security customer requirements
- Identify, scope, and lead monetizable security offerings
- Collaborate closely with Security Engineering
- Analyse market trends, competitive offerings, and customer feedback
- Represent security product capabilities internally and externally
- Mentor and guide cross-functional teams
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience
- 2+ years of direct experience in security product management
- Proven ability to define and execute strategic roadmaps
- Deep technical understanding of SaaS security architecture
- Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring cross-functional teams
- Excellent storytelling skills
- Data-driven mindset
- Legally eligible to work in India on an ongoing basis
- Fluency in English is required
