- Provide clinical expertise to support operational workflows

Requirements
- Active clinical license preferred (RN, LPN/LVN or equivalent)
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in clinical operations, case management, or a related role
- Preferred experience reviewing medical records and/or claims data from a payor perspective
- Experience working in a cross‑functional business environment strongly preferred
