Sales

• Achieve and exceed annual sales targets in the assigned territory
• Identify and qualify new school and district opportunities through research, outreach, and relationship-building
• Guide prospects through the full sales process from discovery to close, offering tailored solutions aligned with educational goals
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and customer records in Salesforce
• Foster relationships with existing clients to drive renewals and referrals
• Represent SmartLab at regional conferences, events, and meetings to increase brand visibility and lead generation
• Identify, research, and pursue strategic partnership opportunities with corporations, foundations, and nonprofits aligned to SmartLab's mission
• Build and manage a regional portfolio of partners focused on STEM, workforce readiness, equity, and related education initiatives with the Strategic Partnerships team
• Serve as the regional point of contact for partnership engagements, ensuring alignment with partner goals and internal strategy
• Collaborate with marketing, product, implementation, and other internal teams to align deliverables and storytelling
• Travel up to 30% to meet prospects and attend conferences and other events as needed
• Perform administrative duties, including tracking sales activities and providing regular progress reports
• Sell SmartLab's Career-Connected PBL Curriculum, Customized STEM Learning Environments, Hands-On Tools & Equipment, SmartLab Certified Facilitator workspace, and Ongoing Support & Partnership
