• Analyze and harness a large variety of datasets using statistical learning techniques
• Articulate and publish differentiated written insights for institutional clients

• Build ongoing research coverage of all US IPOs and direct listings with an expected deal size of [USD100mn or higher, excluding closed-end funds and SPACs]
• Develop data-driven methodology to score and rank deals
• Produce Pre-IPO company tearsheet
• Conduct Pre-IPO fundamental research
• Provide Pre-IPO valuation and pricing insights
• Produce Post-IPO trading summary
• Prepare Post-IPO lock-up expiry preview
• Within first six months offer high-touch service for select institutional clients including pre-deal pre-positioning, market intelligence/positioning/book color, management meeting questions, Excel models, bespoke NDA-driven notes for pre-IPO/cornerstone stakes, post-deal lock-up expiry trades, and desk access via email/messaging and direct calls
