About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build ongoing research coverage of all US IPOs and direct listings with expected deal size of $100mn or higher
- Provide data-driven methodology to score and rank deals
- Conduct pre-IPO fundamental research and valuation insights
- Offer high-touch service for select institutional clients pre- and post-deal
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive research and/or investment experience for institutional clients (5 yrs+)
- Demonstrated experience and network within US equity capital markets
- Demonstrated ability to write research
