About the role
- Telephone and digital acquisition of new business clients in the German-speaking region (DACH)
- Presentation of our debt collection services via video call or email
- Documentation of sales activities in the CRM system
- Close coordination with sales management in Germany
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales (outbound), preferably with DACH clients
- High-level German language skills (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills and sales aptitude
- Ability to work independently and high self-motivation
- Solid basic technical skills (e.g., CRM, email automation)
- Fully equipped home office (desk, chair, reliable internet connection)
- Laptop or PC with Windows operating system
- Fixed salary: EUR 1,000 - 1,400 gross per month (depending on experience)
- Performance-based commission of up to 5% of the annual revenue from an acquired client (after a 12-month period)
- Onboarding bonus: EUR 100 per successfully started mandate
- Structured onboarding process and ongoing support from Germany
- 100% remote work from Turkey – no travel required
- Contract with freelancer-style compensation
