Accountant

• Oversee core revenue processes in line with ASC 606, including revenue schedules, account reconciliations, and contract review.
• Support Accounts Receivable operations: invoicing, data validation, collections, payment application, and customer communications.
• Maintain deferred revenue schedules and prepare journal entries for month-end close.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure accurate contract setup and smooth customer onboarding.
• Monitor AR aging, highlight risks, and suggest improvements to strengthen collections.
• Support process alignment across entities (SmarterDX, Thoughtful AI, and Access) to ensure consistency in revenue and AR practices.
• Assist with system and tool maintenance post-implementation for billing and revenue software.
• Contribute to tax filings, audit support, and other compliance-related activities.
• Provide month-end close support and ad hoc reporting for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Track new customers, go-lives, and churn to keep revenue reporting accurate and up to date.

Senior Revenue Accountant

Manager

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process across all domestic and international entities, including intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translations, and consolidation adjustments.
• Ensure consolidation processes are GAAP-compliant, well-documented, and embedded within SOX-lite or SOX 404 control frameworks.
• Lead ERP transformation initiatives, including system integrations, data migrations, and chart of accounts harmonization between Oracle Fusion and NetSuite.
• Partner with IT, Accounting, FP&A, and regional finance teams to design scalable workflows, enhance reporting capabilities, and drive automation.
• Integrate newly acquired entities into the ERP and consolidation framework, ensuring consistency in processes, controls, and data integrity.
• Train and mentor global finance teams on ERP systems, consolidation processes, and best practices.
• Identify and implement process improvements to accelerate the close, improve accuracy, and enhance visibility for leadership and investors.
