About the role
- Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process across all domestic and international entities, including intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translations, and consolidation adjustments.
- Ensure consolidation processes are GAAP-compliant, well-documented, and embedded within SOX-lite or SOX 404 control frameworks.
- Lead ERP transformation initiatives, including system integrations, data migrations, and chart of accounts harmonization between Oracle Fusion and NetSuite.
- Partner with IT, Accounting, FP&A, and regional finance teams to design scalable workflows, enhance reporting capabilities, and drive automation.
- Integrate newly acquired entities into the ERP and consolidation framework, ensuring consistency in processes, controls, and data integrity.
- Train and mentor global finance teams on ERP systems, consolidation processes, and best practices.
- Identify and implement process improvements to accelerate the close, improve accuracy, and enhance visibility for leadership and investors.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of progressive accounting, finance, or systems experience, with significant responsibility for global, multi-entity, multi-currency consolidations.
- Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and consolidation principles.
- Proven, hands-on experience with both Oracle Fusion and NetSuite, including ERP implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
- CPA preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Experience in private equity-backed, high-growth SaaS, technology, or healthcare companies strongly preferred.
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
