Data Analyst

• Providing data analytics support for the ML and AI models that underpin our core products
• Partnering with machine learning researchers and data science stakeholders to design experiments to answer business questions, including defining key metrics and applying appropriate statistical techniques to analyze results
• Supporting a culture of experimentation to promote faster cycles of iteration, learning, and product improvement
• Build dashboards to monitor the performance, inference, and application of core models.
• Conduct investigations into trends and anomalies in model performance and data drift
• Developing attribution methodology to measure the contribution of deployed models to company KPIs
• Simulate proposed changes to core systems (e.g. recommendation, filtering, etc.) to support the strategic decisions around model development and deployment.

Senior Data Analyst, Data Science & AI Research

Solutions Engineer

• Lead and scale SmarterDx’s solution revenue cycle solution engineering function, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable technical integrations for revenue cycle integrations from SmarterDx into health system sources (EHRs, coding systems) for our customers while providing white glove service to our health systems.
• Manage highly accomplished, fully remote revenue cycle solution consultants and partner closely with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Customer Success to deliver seamless solutions across multiple products.
• Ensure excellence in revenue cycle solution delivery across all new and existing customer deployments, ensuring implementations are reliable, scalable, and delivered on time.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of client-facing revenue cycle solution consultants, fostering a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
• Cultivate and maintain solution design standards, documentation, and best practices across revenue cycle integrations (including API, HL7, and database extract integrations).
• Serve as an escalation point for complex or high-risk integrations, providing hands-on technical guidance.
• Collaborate with customer technical teams, including EHR, data, and IT stakeholders, to develop secure and compliant data exchange.
• Establish metrics and reporting for integration performance, throughput, and reliability, and communicate insights to company leadership.
• Continuously improve integration tooling, automation, and processes to support scale as SmarterDx grows.
• Drive technical design reviews, architectural decisions, and technology evaluations to ensure platform scalability and maintainability.

• Lead high-value analytics initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve business outcomes and aligning cross-functional teams on shared goals.
• Standardize reporting across internal and external facing tools, pushing for a single source of truth and system of record for client data.
• Prioritize and advocate for analytics work that moves the needle for customers and aligns with strategic company objectives.
• Communicate clearly and regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency in analyst-driven work.
• Cultivate a culture of innovation, curiosity, and initiative within the analytics team.
• Mentor and support the career growth of your direct reports through regular feedback and coaching.
• Assess team performance with structured, twice-a-year progress reviews.
