About the role
- Ensure excellence in integration delivery across all new and existing customer deployments
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of integration professionals
- Cultivate and maintain integration standards, documentation, and best practices
- Partner with implementation, product, and engineering teams
- Serve as an escalation point for complex or high-risk integrations
- Collaborate with customer technical teams
- Establish metrics and reporting for integration performance
- Continuously improve integration tooling, automation, and processes
- Drive technical design reviews and architectural decisions
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience in healthcare technology implementation
- Hands-on-keys expertise building HL7, FHIR, API integration, and database extracts
- Excellent people leadership skills
- Strong delivery management skills
- Persuasive and clear in client-facing written and verbal communication
- Analytical mindset
- Experience working in startup or high-growth environments
