Design, develop, and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and metrics using business intelligence tools to track, forecast, and proactively manage the performance and strategic impact of all Customer Success initiatives
Lead collaboration with Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and Product teams to establish data integrity standards, streamline complex reporting processes, and drive the automation of data extraction and transformation across critical Customer Success data domains
Present findings and recommendations to Customer Success leadership and other cross-functional teams in a clear, concise, and actionable manner

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related discipline
5+ years of experience as a Reporting Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or a similar operational data-focused role, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or Health Tech environment
Expert proficiency in SQL for querying, manipulating, and optimizing queries on large, complex datasets
5+ years of experience with advanced data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc), including managing platform deployment and governance
Proven ability to independently translate complex, ambiguous business questions and requirements into technical reporting specifications and high-impact, actionable insights for senior leadership
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with a history of presenting complex data to C-suite and non-technical audiences.
