About the role

  • Support account managers and campaign managers in delivering successful demand-generation campaigns for clients.
  • Provide execution support of tactics such as copy development, email campaigns, paid ad copy, social media content.
  • Contribute to monthly dashboards and quarterly reports as necessary through reporting on email, SEO, PPC, and organic social tactics.
  • Write lead-generating content, leveraging AI where applicable, including social media and blog content.
  • Copy-edit to align to the client’s brand messaging, campaign goals, and desired audiences.
  • Program and execute email sends in marketing automation platforms (Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot.).
  • Track email performance using internal reporting systems and analytics tools.
  • Assist with the management of email databases to ensure the accuracy.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to make timely recommendations for successful email campaigns.
  • Execute on-page SEO tactics, including keyword research and analysis and identifying and addressing crawler errors.
  • Manage and update client website content.

Requirements

  • Experience executing inbound marketing tactics like SEO, social media, email and content marketing.
  • HubSpot experience preferred.
  • AI experience preferred.
  • Passionate about driving results, and wants to grow their skills rapidly.
  • Impeccable attention to detail through accuracy and accountability.
  • Exhibits time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a remote environment.
  • A positive attitude with outstanding collaboration skills.
  • Technical understanding of the pieces that make up a successful digital campaign.
  • Ability to turn feedback into action through active listening and accountability to the team and clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a willingness to contribute ideas regularly.
  • Self-motivated and eager to contribute as part of a team.
