About the role
- End-to-End Coordination: Manage 100+ global interview schedules per month, ensuring timely communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Documentation & Verification: Collect, verify, and organize candidate documents, maintaining 100% accuracy and compliance across all submissions.
- ATS Management: Update and maintain records in ATS, ensuring up-to-date candidate information and minimizing scheduling conflicts.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between candidates, recruiters, sales, and delivery to ensure transparency and seamless collaboration.
- Candidate Experience: Maintain consistent and professional communication, ensuring candidates feel supported and informed throughout their hiring journey.
- Onboarding Support: Facilitate smooth onboarding by assisting with document collection, negotiation, offer generation and coordination, and communication handovers.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in end to end recruitment lifecycle management
- Proficiency in ChatGPT and Google sheets.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Collaborative attitude and comfort working with cross-functional, remote teams
- Ability to handle high-volume scheduling with precision
