About the role
- Develop Protec Tree’s client portfolio and sales primarily in the German market.
- Actively prospect new clients (distributors, municipalities, forestry operators, etc.).
- Identify specific needs of the German market and propose tailored solutions.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial offers in accordance with the pricing policy.
- Ensure rigorous follow-up of sales opportunities through to closing.
- Build long-term relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all technical and commercial matters.
- Be accountable for achieving revenue and margin targets in the region.
- Contribute to sales forecasts and the preparation of the commercial budget.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (engineering school, business school or equivalent), ideally with a technical or environmental focus.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the wood, environment or materials sectors.
- Fluent German (C2 level or native speaker) required.
- Professional English (minimum B2).
- Strong commercial instinct with excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Autonomous, rigorous and proactive.
- Good understanding of the technical aspects related to wood-based products.
- Proficient with CRM tools and standard office software.
