About the role

  • Develop Protec Tree’s client portfolio and sales primarily in the German market.
  • Actively prospect new clients (distributors, municipalities, forestry operators, etc.).
  • Identify specific needs of the German market and propose tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and negotiate commercial offers in accordance with the pricing policy.
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up of sales opportunities through to closing.
  • Build long-term relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all technical and commercial matters.
  • Be accountable for achieving revenue and margin targets in the region.
  • Contribute to sales forecasts and the preparation of the commercial budget.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (engineering school, business school or equivalent), ideally with a technical or environmental focus.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the wood, environment or materials sectors.
  • Fluent German (C2 level or native speaker) required.
  • Professional English (minimum B2).
  • Strong commercial instinct with excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Autonomous, rigorous and proactive.
  • Good understanding of the technical aspects related to wood-based products.
  • Proficient with CRM tools and standard office software.
