- Assist in processing purchase requests and purchase orders
- Support vendor communication and follow-ups for quotations and deliveries
- Help compare prices and prepare simple cost analyses
- Maintain procurement records and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand their purchasing needs
- Learn procurement workflows, policies, and best practices
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience (Business, Commerce, or related fields preferred)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office tools
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
