  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Google Workspace, and ERP systems
  • Deep knowledge of product categories including print, direct mail, branded merchandise, and vendor management
  • Skilled in full order lifecycle management, inventory tracking, and sourcing
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating with internal teams
