Financial Planning and Analysis

• Support the financial accounting team by recording, managing and tracking documents/vouchers, and assisting with payment reminder (dunning) processes
• Organize and maintain document filing/archiving and ensure structured administrative processes
• Plan, coordinate and prepare meetings and internal events
• Communicate and coordinate with external service providers and partners
• Provide general administrative support including office organization, research, and the preparation of presentations and reports
