About the role
- Develop content ideas on topics such as health, continuing education, careers, nursing/care and nutrition
- Create social media content (posts, Reels, Stories) for Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook
- Write blog articles, website copy and newsletter content (including SEO/GEO optimization)
- Design graphics and short videos (e.g., Canva, CapCut or Adobe tools)
- Contribute to and maintain editorial calendars including planning and publishing
- Support community management (comments and messages)
- Conduct trend research in social media, health and education
- Monitor performance (reach, engagement, KPIs) and derive optimizations
- Assist with research tasks and with maintaining and updating website content
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or university degree, ideally in marketing, communications, media or a related field
- Alternatively: professional experience in content/social media with a strong practical focus
- Professional background or strong interest in nutrition, nursing/care, health or continuing education
- Experience in social media management and content creation (ideally with work samples)
- Excellent command of language and proven writing experience (including longer texts such as blog articles)
- Understanding of SEO/GEO and the requirements for search-optimized content
- Structured working style, strong research skills and a high degree of autonomy
- Confident use of tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut and, ideally, Storyblok, Sistrix, Photoshop, Premiere, Word/Excel or similar
