About the role
- Builds and maintains customer satisfaction with the products and services offered by the organization (voice and non-voice)
- Demonstrate experience in working in a multicultural team
- Display ability to provide unbiased and accurate feedback in a non-threatening way
- Meets deadlines and targets, demonstrating ability to achieve despite constraints or obstacles
- Analyzing and evaluating reflects on information, defines the key issues and reaches logical conclusions
- Well-versed in planning and coordinating and must have excellent decision-making skills
- Conveys ideas and facts orally
- Manage priorities with high attention to detail
- Quickly learn and master our application to confidently guide clients through features and troubleshoot issues in real time.
Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in the BPO industry (preferably Customer Service)
- Must be proficient in the English language (oral and written)
- Must have a stable internet connection.
- Must be available to work during Central Time business hours.
- Must be computer savvy (nothing technical but comfortable with using a computer)
- Must be flexible to help in other departments if needed
- Strong ability to quickly understand new software and explain processes clearly with attention to detail.
