About the role
- Marketing & contract management: Leasing, renting and sale of all SMA assets, including negotiation of lease agreements, sales terms and preparation of property brochures.
- Strategic asset management: Initiating, developing and operationally implementing measures to increase value and ensure optimal use of our properties.
- Valuation & analysis: Supporting property valuations carried out by external appraisers and deriving relevant recommendations for action.
- Portfolio management: Supervision and administration of our real estate portfolio, including communication with tenants, owners and service providers.
- Operations & maintenance: Preparation and monitoring of service charge statements as well as coordination of maintenance measures and maintenance of lease contracts and master data.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in real estate management
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Solution-oriented mindset, flexibility and willingness to embrace innovation when facing new challenges
- Strong communication skills, organisational talent and pronounced service orientation
- Very good German and good English skills, as well as analytical thinking and a passion for innovation
