About the role
- Leverage data to provide insights into workforce trends and organizational effectiveness.
- Support People Analytics Manager and People Operations teams by maintaining accurate people data.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports, assisting with HRIS (Workday) configurations.
- Ensure data integrity across HR systems while partnering with regional People Operations teams to conduct routine data audits.
- Help transform people data into meaningful insights that support workforce planning and organizational decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Statistics or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional HR qualification such as CHRP for Canadian candidates, or CIPD or an equivalent international qualification is desirable.
- Experience in HR analytics, data analysis and reporting, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with spreadsheets and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets).
- Experience working with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and data governance.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
- Understanding of HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, and recruiting funnel metrics.
- Experience supporting data audits or data governance initiatives.
- Ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights.
- Ability and willingness to, on occasions, work across global time zones for key projects and deliverables.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
