Leverage data to provide insights into workforce trends and organizational effectiveness.
Support People Analytics Manager and People Operations teams by maintaining accurate people data.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports, assisting with HRIS (Workday) configurations.
Ensure data integrity across HR systems while partnering with regional People Operations teams to conduct routine data audits.
Help transform people data into meaningful insights that support workforce planning and organizational decision-making.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Statistics or equivalent practical experience.
Professional HR qualification such as CHRP for Canadian candidates, or CIPD or an equivalent international qualification is desirable.
Experience in HR analytics, data analysis and reporting, or a related role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with spreadsheets and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets).
Experience working with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and data governance.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
Understanding of HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, and recruiting funnel metrics.
Experience supporting data audits or data governance initiatives.
Ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights.
Ability and willingness to, on occasions, work across global time zones for key projects and deliverables.
Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
