Lead complex, cross-functional programs supporting government and strategic initiatives
Ensure programs are delivered on time and aligned to business objectives
Serve as the accountable program lead, managing scope, milestones, financial performance
Guide a matrixed team and ensure coordination across internal and external stakeholders
Prepare and present program reviews and financial updates to stakeholders
Monitor contract execution and identify growth opportunities
Manage customer and partner relationships to maintain trusted partnerships
Support capture and proposal efforts with execution strategies and risk assessments

Requirements

Active TS/SCI United States government security clearance
United States citizenship required
15+ years of experience in Program Management or related field
10+ years of experience executing contracts with the Federal Government
5+ years of experience supporting business development or capture activities
Experience working with the United States Department of Defense
Demonstrated expertise applying program management methodologies
Experience leading cross-functional, matrixed teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel within the continental United States up to approximately 25 percent
